"Not Sharing" 16x20 Oil painting

For the first time in history, the whole world is talking about the same thing. COVID-19 has isolated us, robbed us of our social lives, our jobs, our days. But it has also united us - in our search to understand it.

I’m honored to be part of a worldwide exhibition of various medium and media from 25 countries. This show is online from April 18, 2020 until closes sometime end of May 2020

Federation of Canadian Artists Retreat 2019 Sept 3-9
The Retreat is the Federation of Canadian Artist's largest educational and social event of the year. The 2019 Retreat took place in beautiful Bamfield, British Columbia where we were at the Marine Sciences Centre from September 3rd - 8th. I experienced some of the most breathtaking plein air painting locations the West Coast had to offer. In the company of Master Instructors Brent Lynch, Charlie Easton and Sue Cowan,  I spent my days creating, painting and developing my skills, here are some of the paintings I did while there.

I'm featured in the Beef in BC Magazine in the Artist Profile. I'm pretty happy about that it's a long time in coming. First I had to build a website and then paint a body of Agriculture/Ranch with a few wildlife paintings of what is around the area.

April 28 to May 30th 2015
I'm sharing the main floor of the Smithers Art Gallery with a large collection of my work that goes back a decade, to when I got back into painting. It's focused around my rural roots and present time in my life. Managing to find the time to paint and keep a working art studio on the ranch house. As well work with my husband on our ranch here in Fort St James.
